📝How do I customize the message shown during upload?

Customize the status messages customers see while their file uploads — and translate them into any language to match your store.

• Please go to the "Appearance" tab while creating or editing a field

• Scroll down and expand the Upload status labels section

• Here you can customize the messages customers see during the upload flow:

• Uploading text — shown while a file is uploading (default: "Uploading...")

• Upload complete text — shown once a file finishes uploading (default: "Upload complete")

• Tap to cancel text — the link customers tap to stop an upload in progress (default: "tap to cancel")

• Tap to undo text — the link customers tap to remove a completed upload (default: "tap to undo")

Customize Upload Status Messages

You can edit these labels in any language to match your store's tone — handy if your store isn't in English. The sample cards in this section show exactly where each label appears, so make sure to test it on your storefront after saving.
