🆘SOS "Help Needed! I cannot see it in my product page"
Possible Issue #1 Enable the app
Why it matters: If the app isn’t active in your theme editor, our app won’t appear at all.
How to it:
Open your theme editor
Go to app embeds tab
Turn on the app
Detailed guidance on how to fix it:
Enable the app on your theme [MANDATORY]
Possible Issue #2 Add block only on default page
Why it matters: If the app is only activated via add block and that product page template does not have the app, the app does not work.
How to fix it:
Go to that product page template
Click add block
Ensure that the app is selected
If the product you selected uses a product template where the app is not active, the form won’t appear on that product.
Possible Issue #3 Check your product selection
Please make sure you have selected the correct products. The product you are checking may be different from the one you configured.
If no product is selected, the upload fields will not be displayed on any product pages.
Possible Issue #4 You have a unique product page, contact us!
