# SOS "Help Needed! I cannot see it in my product page"

Don't worry — take a breath. 🙂 When the upload field isn't showing on a product page, it's almost always one of four small things, and each one is a quick fix. Work through the checklist below in order and you'll have it sorted in a few minutes.

### Possible Issue #1 — The app isn't enabled

**Why it matters:** If the app isn't switched on in your theme editor, the upload field won't appear anywhere on your store.

**How to fix it:**

1. Open your theme editor.
2. Go to the **App embeds** tab.
3. Turn on the app and click **Save**.

**Need the full walkthrough?** See **2️⃣** [**Enable the app on your theme \[MANDATORY\]** ](/mini-image-upload-and-file-upload/beginners-guide/enable-the-app-on-your-theme-mandatory.md)for step-by-step guidance.

### Possible Issue #2 — Add Block is missing on that product template

**Why it matters:** If you enabled the app using the **Add Block** method, it only works on the exact product templates where you added the block. If the product you're viewing uses a different template, the field won't appear on it.

**How to fix it:**

1. Open the product template used by that product.
2. Click **Add block**.
3. Make sure the app is selected, then **Save**.

{% hint style="danger" %}
If the product you're checking uses a template where the app block isn't active, the upload field won't appear on that product.
{% endhint %}

### Possible Issue #3 — Check your product selection

**Why it matters:** Your field only appears on the products you selected when you set it up. The product you're checking may simply not be on that list.

**How to fix it:** Open your field in the app and confirm the product you're testing is included in the **Setup** sectio&#x6E;**,** under **Visibility** options.

{% hint style="warning" %}
If no product is selected, the upload field won't be displayed on any product pages.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

### Possible Issue #4 — You have a unique product page? Contact us!

**Why it matters:** Some stores use custom-built or third-party product pages where the field needs a little extra help to position correctly.

**How to fix it:** If you've checked all the issues above and still can't see the field, just reach out — we'll take a look with you. Message us in live chat or email [**info@minimateapps.com**](mailto:info@minimateapps.com).

### Custom positioning: use this snippet

If you're using a third-party page builder or a unique product page, you can place the upload field exactly where you want it. Paste this snippet into the spot on your product page where the app should appear:

html

```html
<div id="mini-image-upload-page-builder"></div>
```

{% hint style="warning" %}
For custom positioning, make sure the app is enabled via **App embeds**.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

### Still need help?

We've got you. Message us in live chat right inside the app, or email [**info@minimateapps.com**](mailto:info@minimateapps.com). Ask for Zel or Tufan — we'll get it showing in no time. 🙋
