🔎How can I find custom field data in an order?

All custom field data collected through the app is saved in Shopify Admin.

Once an order is completed, you can find the custom field information here:

Shopify Admin → Orders → Select the order → Order details

The customer’s selections will appear in the order details, making it easy to review them during fulfillment or customer support.

We’ve received reports that the order details view of Shopify may vary depending on the device or browser (e.g., Safari vs. Chrome). To be safe, we recommend to check it on desktop using Chrome.
